Update 08.18.09

It appears that my BCMSN exam will have to wait for an indefinite time. My mom’s condition has taken a turn for the worse and we are told she has only days to live. She was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and the doctors have declared that it is terminal.
I’ll probably take a short break.

I know there’s not a lot that can be said in this sort of situation as I’ve been there myself. What I can say though is my thoughts are with you and your family.
And whatever you do forget about CCNP for the foreseeable future – it just aint that important when put in context like this.
