Hi buddy,
I encourage you to continue your note taking. Everybody knows that CCIE isn't about cramming knowledge. Me too, when I make notes, I feel I'm wasting time and had better to read 2 more pages that taking notes of something I already now. But, these notes came in handy when I wanted a quick review of some material.
Besides, I like all those colors on your notes ;)

@Brandon: Thanks for the encouragement bro. One of my goals for posting is to write in a way where if I were to read someone's study notes, that's what I'd want to see. So I'm glad it's somewhat useful for you.

As far as my goals for CCNP. It is certainly not needed for my current job - I use about 20% of the knowledge towards work. My usage of it increases when I create "controlled" situations at work where I actually have to utilize some of the more interesting skill-sets. If you know what I mean ;) But I definitely am looking to increase the opportunities that the knowledge and certification will bring.

Keep up the detailed note-taking and blogging them! They're very detailed so I believe you're learning the material very well. Additionally, as I'm looking to complete the CCNP certification after CCNA, it gives me insight into how much more is out there and therefore keeps motivated to finish the CCNA.

Regarding your time frame -- if you don't *need* to complete the CCNP in a specified time for work or a job opportunity, don't rush it...it'll still be there in 2 months.

Keep up the good work!
